@AppleSupport it seems that the latest iOS 10.3 / 10.3.1 has broken iCloud sync. When I edit from the web / MacBook, nothing is synced on iOS.

This week the company released iOS 10.3.1 to fix a vulnerability detected in Wi-Fi networks. So it would not be surprising that Apple will soon introduce iOS 10.3.2 to stabilize the iCloud backup bug.
If you have experienced this problem with iCloud backups on your iPhone or iPad, we recommend you go to your Settings section, disable all services in the cloud (Photos, Safari, Notes ...), restart the device and return to Activate them later. Additionally, we also recommend saving your iOS backups via iTunes on your PC / Mac, at least for the time being.
